A purpose built 16 bed specialist mental health rehabilitation unit Tipton for those with severe and enduring mental illness, mild learning disabilities as well as forensic histories.
Oak House delivers a clear care pathway for those on the journey of recovery. The building offers state of the art facilities, including an ADL kitchen, outdoor gym, underfloor heating, fibre optic broadband and spacious garden area – it’s also situated in a highly accessible location.

Psychology – to help find a footing
Our onsite Chartered & Registered Forensic Psychologist and Assistant Psychologists play a key role in the wellbeing of our service users, using key interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a person-centred approach to enable the use of coping strategies
Occupational Therapy – reaching those important landmarks
Each person is helped to achieve as much as they can for themselves and our Occupational Therapist specialises in making this happen.
An Activities Coordinator – for some fun on the way
Engaging activities and positive social interaction make us all happy. Our Activities Coordinator investigates what every Service User is interested in and helps them get involved.
Our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) for guidance
The MDT consists of a broad range of disciplines, from Psychology and Occupational Therapy to our Qualified Registered Mental Health and Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Support Workers and an Activities Coordinator.
