A purpose built 14 bed specialist mental health care home West Bromwich for those with severe and enduring mental illness, mild learning disabilities as well as forensic histories.
Cromwell House provides a clear pathway for those on the journey of recovery, with the building split into a 9 bed unit and a 5 bed step down service. Cromwell House admits people on CTO as well as conditional discharges from the Home Office. It boasts spacious gardens, large dining areas, underfloor heating, and fibre optic broadband – it’s also situated in a highly accessible location.

Psychotherapy – to help find a footing
Our onsite Psychotherapist plays a key role in the wellbeing of our service users, using key interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a person-centred approach to enable the use of coping strategies.
Occupational Therapy – reaching those important landmarks
Each person is helped to achieve as much as they can for themselves and our Occupational Therapist specialises in making this happen.
Activities Coordinator’s – for some fun on the way
Engaging activities and positive social interaction make us all happy. Our Activities Coordinator investigates what every Service User is interested in and helps them get involved.
Our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) for guidance
The MDT consists of a broad range of disciplines; from Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy to our Service Manager, Qualified Registered Mental Health and Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Support Workers and Activities team.
